Tomato flesh and minced meat

Today I made stuffed tomatoes.  I have been left with the flesh of eight beef tomatoes (scooped out of the toms) and 300gr. of minced beef.  Can anybody suggest a recipe to use them up tomorrow please?

Or indeed Chilli Con Carne.
Good answers, cook em up during the avo and freeze em for a lazy day/night sometime... Or get some whole squid and stuff the body with sausagemeat and bake with the tomato/mince oozin out! 

goulash soup - a jar of pasata, an onion, tomatoes - you have, minced beef - you have, and veg stock/bullion, a bit of garlic, and if needed H2O. boil it up until it is almost a stew and serve. if you want to give it that kick and eat it the way it is intented, put a little chilli in it. i didnt list it coz i cant eat spicey food.

its great with a beer after skiing hard all day. 

Zounds! You have the stuffing for bell peppers... a little salt, pepper, dried bread or crackers (I would add small amount of chili pepper, but that's my taste), stuff 4 to 6 medium bell peppers, pop in 350 deg F oven for 30 minutes...voila!
