Hello, again!  My fella wants to know where he can buy any models of Supercar, Fireball XL5, Stingray and such like.  He doesn't wanna go through E-bay, so does anybody know where he can buy them?  Also if anyone knows where he can pick up DVD's or Videos of the shows themselves?  Brownie points for me if I get an answer.  Thanks

I know we have an excellent model shop near to us (Preston) that stocks loads of collectables, including tie-in TV merchandise. It's quite possible they have a website - as would any other half decent model shop. So I would suggest popping 'model shop' into Google, along with the TV names and see what comes up - the prices will at least be static, as opposed to the unpredicability of eBay.
It's me again. I've just done what I suggested in my first answer and there's a Gerry Anderson fansite at www.fanderson.org.uk where you'll find links to several sites selling merchandise. The best looks like being www.productenterprise.com

Thank you Tracy J.  I shall print this page off and show him.  I might try typing our own local model shops' name into google and see what happens.     Thanks again.

More a point of interest  than an affordable source really as these are extremely expensive, but this chap http://www.martinbowersmodelworld.com/index.htm

is a prolific model maker in the film industry for over 30 years who makes amongst other things Gerry Anderson program  models as commisions, about as near as you are going to get to the real models used in the original programs as you are ever going to get. They run into the thousands of pounds but are fantastic due to the man hours that go into each one.
