I am a qualified diet and nutritionist, and believe me I have not only done, but tested them all.....Slimming world is by far the best diet on the market, no fuss, hardley any weighing, loads to eat and never ever go hungry....no food groups cut out, log onto the website for more info....Its really worth buying some slimming world books off ebay...its explains everything, my friend has 5 stone to lose and has just lost a stone with ease in less than one month.....she's just going down baby !!!!!!!!!!!! try it you've love it, Weight watchers is far too restrictive, no wonder people are miserable and starving on it ....
I tested WW and kept a log of the calories alongside the Points allowance WW said I was aloowed, no day was more than 1000 cals, more 800-900......ludicrus !! No working woman with a family, a 50 hour per week job can live of that let alone have a life !!!!! It may work for some butnot for me, I loooove food !!! and wine
