It depends on what you want to do

If you're signing up you can ring them to make an appointment or pop in when you're passing.

I've never worked for Reed but I have worked for other agencies so I've no reason to believe they don't have the same practice - other agencies I've worked for have had someone in the office from at least 8 to take sick calls, etc
