Ripping sound from streaming video

Hi, I would like to rip a theme tune from a streaming tv programme on 4oD. Can anyone recommend software to do this so I can save it as an mp3 file. Freeware or a trial version would be good as I will probably only use it once.

but if you don't need the facilities VHG's link is simple and easy to use
