I did not find Nytol worked for me but went to a healthfood/herbalist place. They gave me something called pasiflora or something like that. I found it good and perfectly safe.
do you exercise? if not, i suggest you do as this will really help you to completely wind down and sleep well without much assistance. also, bananas are loaded with potassium which has a drowsy effect, so try eating a small banana before bed time.
