I look after properties with addicts, criminals, alkies, prostitutes etc. When the tenants, men or women, leave to get permanent housing or go to jail or rehab, i have to clear their rooms out. Absolutely without exception the girls rooms are the very worst. Disgusting i would say, i usually need a trials bike to get across the room, you would never believe the things i find and have to dispose of. The mens rooms are usually just full of empty cans and ash trays, untidy certainly but nowhere near like the girls. There, i have dispelled the myth, women are the scuzbugs, they just hide it well.

I used to work in that type of environment also and I agree with you with regards to the mess
I think it was mainly as they knew the property wasn't theirs but sadly when many moved on they kept their homes just as dirty
BUT we are not all like that I keep my house lovely and clean I am bit messy but I call it being creative plus I have no one to answer too!
Main thing I watched out for was used needles and wore those massive gloves to pick stuff up with used to take ages health and saftey and all that
