just acquired a ddv-720 no instructions how do you transfer pictures from camera to computer i know where the av lead goes on the camera but where does the white lead and the yellow lead go any help please thank you in advance

The yellow and white phono connections are usually video (yellow) and audio out. This cable is used to watch your stills / recordings on tv or transfer onto a standalone DVD recorder or VHS.
BTW is this it? Digilife DDV 720?

You can use this AV cable to connect to a pc but it will depend on if your video card has the right connectors. Most stills cameras connect to a pc using a USB cable. Video cameras usually connect via firewire (or iee1394 cable) due to the increased bandwidth of video streams.
