i sold a car on ebay with no warranty implied it has gone wrong it was a private sale is there any come back.

Hi. if no warranty was given or inplied .and your decrimption of vehicle was fair and accurate,u have no worries .E bay is bid to buy ,if they were happy on collection ,u have no prob's

I agree with 'the bruce' with only one difference in that if it is proved that you sold a unroadworthy vehicle without making that fact clear then there could be some comeback.
