is a bicycle engine road legal in the uk?
if not can you use them on the path?

It is illegal to cycle on the footpath - so why would it be legal if you have an engine?
technically any bike with an engine has to be taxed, insured, registered etc.

As above it is illegal to cycle on the pavement fll stop.
