My Nanna has proper omlette pan's so I guess they should come out good, but they don't.
Err OK, I beat the eggs. Tip them in, leave it a few second's. Push round with a wooden thingy, scrape into the middle will tipping the opposite side up. When all the runny bit's have gone I put the filling in then fold over each side and try to make it look edible once on the plate. Which is harder than it sounds.
This prob sound's really bad, I'm not very good at explaining things.
How long did it take you to get good at making them Tigger??
