This one takes about 10 minutes:
Almond Cream
1 cup sour cream
3 Tbsp powdered sugar
1-1/2 Tbsp. almond liqueur
1 tsp. almond extract
Combine first 4 ingredients in small bowl and stir well to blend.
Cover and chill until ready to use
Serve cream over strawberries, pineapple, bananas or blueberries.
If you want to get a little fancy, we, here in the U.S. have boxed cookies (ya'll call them biscuits, no?) that are called Vanilla Wafers(Looks like this

C lines the bottom of small glass dessert bowls with a few of the wafers, places a mix of blueberries and pineapple on top, fills with the above Almond Cream and tops with a few slivered almonds for crunch. It needs to be served within about an hour of preparation so the wafers don't get soggy...
