anybody know of any good websites wher i can get my hands on some mass spec, NMR, ir spec etc readings for drugs, eg cefaclor? tar

The 1H NMR spectrum is here http://assign2.chem.usyd.edu.au/thirdyear/organic/field/nmr/prb08.htm see question 3 Can't find the 13C NMR or mass spec of it. Funny how you used chromatography in your question and then refer to spectroscopic data (well it made me laugh).
