I can remember a woman dancing in a hotel room in stockings and underwear cant remember the artist or song title can anyone help?

Well... in the video for "So I Begin" by Galleon a female DJ (played by model Jitka Ogurekova) showers and gets dressed - not quite the dancing you describe - but perhaps it is the video you mean.
