I joined slimming world lastnight at first I was slightly confused with how the diet actually works but having relooked at it on the train this morning i think I get it! But has anyone got any hints tips for doing well on the diet?
I think I'm going to try to do 5 red days a week and 2 green
I have done slimming world on and off for years. I found the main way to do well was to stay for class as often as you can-each week is best. You can alternate red and green days as much as you want, or stick to one if thats best. Make sure you eat lots of free food as the weeks that i didnt do well was usually when i hadnt eaten much and also make sure you drink loads. Do a food diary and then you can check with your consultant you've got the hang of it. Good luck with it
my ex used to do it, she had to mantain her weight for work, she used to have lots of green days and a couple of red days a week and lots of 'free food' and mantained a size 8
