How can you suspend another user???

Simple 4get.
Some users use multiple ids to report the threads of certain users.
I discussed this with Krystal on the phone yesterday.
She had 70 reported threads , most of which didnt break Site Rules , but were just reported in an attempt to stop people `posting.
Only long established accounts can actually report threads.
greeies cant do it , so its the more established users doing the reporting.
Oh btw as ab ed deleted about 20 or 30 of my usernames im unable to do this even if i wanted to.
Oh and that was a week or 2 ago.
