i have a really tight muscle up the left side of my neck....it has come on in the past couple of days......and just want to know how to relax it!!

buy a micro wave heat pad
they are good

for stiff necks

my gran has a heat pad that you plug in so il cadge it off her lol

Get some one to give you a gentle massage to release the tension!!
