I'm a fairly outgoing person but go through periods where I blush no matter who it is thats talking to me. The more I think about it the more I blush. Its really annoying me, does anyone else have this problem or any solutions?!

I have this problem too. It's always worse when in a meeting or something when I'm asked about something or asked to contribute. Depending on where i am, I've decided the best thing to do is make a comment such as " Oh no it's happening again - I'm blushing can you tell?" Ususally this results in people joking about it or feeling sympathetic. I prefer that to not knowing what they're thinking or them being embarassed for me.
I have the same problem. Sometimes i can feel myself blushing when I am not even embarrassed at all.
I have not yet found a solution, but I am convinced it is mostly psychological so when i can feel it happening, I try to almost meditate a bit (without closing my eyes and humming obviously!!). It kind of works a bit, but really the only solution has been to get away from anyone looking at me.
If i have no choice but to talk to someone, I just carry on talking and look them in the eye in a confident way as if i am not even aware that im blushing. Most people dont mention it, but the few less-tactful people who do, I just try and make a joke out if it.

This is more common than you think, and basically it's all down to shyness.the more you worry about it, the more likely it will happen.I know on certain occassions I have suffered from it, especially when I was younger.try to remember that when you blush, the other person wont even notice.the more you worry, the more likley you will blush.try to take deep breaths, and relax basically.the blushing itself only lasts a few seconds at most.for some people it can even be classed as a phobia-erythnophobia.It's all to do with social anxiety , and it can be beaten.think of it rationally, what if you face goes red?who cares? If you take this attitude, you will revert back to normal blushing, which happens to all of us at some time or another.good luck!
