spirulina came up,although not a 'diet' food, it is apparently, the most nutritionally sound food available, (i have not heard of it until five minutes ago) would anybody recommend it?, wiki have got an entry on it,and according to wiki, nasa are promoting/researching spirulina. it is advertised on the net for sale in tablet form, though would spirulina be more nutritionally beneficial in its pure form? also last two questions has anybody tried it? did it prove to have any beneficial effects on your health overall?
