I don't receive email notification from AB when someone replies to a question posed by me. I used to receive them okay, it's just been the last few months they've stopped. I now have to log on to the site and into 'my profle' to access answers. I've even tried 'editing my details' and changing my email address to another one I have but for some reason it won't change it - it simply won't update. Whenever I log back in it's still the same old email addy. Could anyone give me some advice please?
People have been having these types of problems with AB almost since it started. Try phoning AB (0207 307 1279) to tell them about it, or use the 'Contact Us' link at the bottom of this page.
