Jerusalem Massacre
Once again Jerusalemites are victims of terrorists, but the anti Semitic United Nations cannot agree to condemn this outrage as an act of terrorism.
How should Israel react to this crime?

Theland - See that is the problem. When someone tells us what we do not want to hear. Then we start hating the person who said that. You know me very well. Problem in the west is that they all or I should say majority wants to condemn Palestinians, or on a broader note say Muslims who are killing any where in the world. If I or someone say that we condemn ANYONE individual or State who are killing INNOCENT people. Trust me people do not agree with it. I have my own experience and have seen on TV as well. People keep on asking one question,
"Do you condemn These Muslim Terrorists"?
Why not talk about Every One. I know you very well and I have always appreciated your views. But do you agree with me on this or not.

fender62 - agree with you, Israel should never have been founded. Balfour had a lot to answer for. The Israelis should quit the land they have been occupying for decades. Until there is evenhandedness in the peace negotiations in the Middle East there will never be peace. It is a pity that Bush does not denounce the killing of Palestinians with the vigour that he does in regard to Israeli deaths. Quote from today's paper, "The United States stands firmly with Israel in the face of this terrible attack" ...... wonder why he didn't make a statement like this in favour of the Palestinians when 116 or so were killed last week. You can call them terrorists but in Europe during the 39-45 war people fighting for their land were called freedom fighters.!!
