hello,
does anyone know if it is possible to put downloaded films, from the I Player, onto the hard drive permanantly in a folder for future use?

Downloaded content has an expiration period.

You can download and keep them with this.

However it'll be an FLV file and a third of the 'official' download size (ie: same quality as watching it online). Also, it has a tendency to miss the first few seconds of the clip, so I often need to download it again.
