i personally follow the slimming world which has worked wonders for me, you can eat as much as you like! and lose weight!! i have currently lost 2 and a half stone and im well on my way to my 3rd!!! nearly back to the size 12 i once was!! if u dont fancy that, the easiest things to cook is meat potato and veg,
try and think of your plate as if its slit into 6 parts, have 3 parts vegatables then 1part potato and 2 parts meat or have 1 part meat and 2 potato, you need to remember that protein (meat) and carbs(potato) digest through your system at totally different times, so eating them separatley means they pass through your system quicker! so you need to eat more of one and less of the other in any one meal.
