definately lamb shanks for main (asda's extra special ones are truly wonderful and only take minutes in the microwave but taste like you've spent hours slaving in the kitchen) with leek and sweet potato bake (layered in a shallow dish and baked with cream) and peas, mange tout and green beans all steamed together.
syllabub for pud. or delia smith's marmalade bread and butter pudding (my own favourite).
can i come?
