does anybody know how i can remove unwanted internet tool bars from my computer. I tries to remove the search bar but it takes my address bar with it too. can anyone help please?

View / Toolbars, then there's Customize.. for more advanced options

Try right clicking on the toolbar and uncheck the toolbars you don't want. If you have mywebsearch, it will need doing each time you launch internet browser. It's a pig to get rid of!

Most "unwanted toolbars" are actually Browser Hijackers. In case you dont know, browser hijackers are toolbars and other stuff that install on your computer and the creators use them to make money by trying to make you click on them or some other scheme. Try removing them PERMANENTLY. get the free version of "HijackThis" or any similar program that kills Browser Hijackers
