last night........but the wind is absolutely ROARING outside.....I am glad I live in a flat,on high ground! How is where you are??

after being kept awake for most of the night by the wind its now sunny and looks fairly calm -- weird

i dont know if i just sleptthrough it all but it didnt seem that bad here at 2am when i looked out, in fact all i saw was a slight breeze. No worse than the usual wind we get.

its quite calm here for the time being (west mids) ive just put my washing out in the sunshine! lol. Although i believe its the calm before the storm and we're going to have another bout this afternoon! lol

Everything has been blown about in the playground next to my house. All the kiddies plastic slides and basketball hoops.

It seems to be easing off! If it dies down, I really hope it does not come back.

I was up till six last night and it didn't seem too bad at the time. But now it's raining hard and the wind is very strong! I won't be going out, and my sister is meant to be travelling to see me but think I'll advice her stay indoor's. Hope it doesn't last too long, I don't like nasty weather :o(
