Have you checked out the nutrition facts for tinned meats, e.g. mince and onion, hamburgers, BUT NOT SPAM.
They are often surprisingly low in fat, around 3-4%, and of course they minimise the washing-up. Baked beans, Smash, and you are left with just a plate, knife, and fork to wash up. If you lick the plate and wipe it dry with kitchen roll then voila no washing up.
gina32 - TOMATO KETCHUP crisps !!!!!! Yes, they are so hard to find nowadays. I bought ASDA's entire stock last Thursday, 7 multipacks, that's just 42 bags. Nowhere else has got them, it may be a copyright thing or some such squabble with Heinz. If so, why can't they use somebody else's tomato ketchup ?
