Hi everyone

I have a Vodafone Sharp GX20 and i have recorded some video clips that are recognised as .3pg format. Unfortunately, when downloading them onto my computer and when i try to run them, the format is unrecognised by the computer(I ran the clips in windows media player). When I change the format to .wma or wmv , they still dont work because the computer says there are bits of data in the clips that it cant recognise so the clips dont play. Can anyone help me out on how to get them working??

try downloading quicktime from www.apple.com/quicktime.

.3pg uses mpeg4 for video and .aac for audio, so you should have no trouble playing them with quicktime player.

if you get quicktime pro you will also be able to export it as a different file type.

Quicktime should play them or try downloading the Nokia Multimedia Player from here:

My phone(Nokia 6600) plays 3.gp files on a Real One Media Player that was already installed on the phone.  I also use Real Player on my PC as I find it the most user friendly.
