Hiya. Just to emphasise what others have said you MUST pay her in a way that is traceable ie. cheque or straight from your bank account to hers. Don't let her talk you out of doing it this way, its very important. If it goes to court it will help your case to be able to prove that you have been paying voluntarily. what a load of rubbish ! first of all she has to put your name on the birth cer- she is braken the law to withhold your name if she is sure you are the father...as you are paying her she has just put herself right in it ....

fathers have rights as well....

as for paying her has you have to ???

stop paying her get legal advice about puting your name on the birth.....

a court has to act on your request... its your right !!!

who the hell she think she is holdin back the fathers name on the birth... stop being a soft lad tell her to put you on the birth... its your right and if she says no... then you tell her you are taken her to court...for fail to inform name of father on birth ... and if she says prove it the child is yours.. say you are paying for her why take money of me if the child is not mine ?..put her on the spot !! and you are paying her �200 month ???/ you are a fool arnt u !!... dont give me crap that its your child and you are doing whats best for the child ...its crap ! you are doing whats best for the mother you fool !!... and have you never fort the child is not yours ???... stop being a prat find out !!!!!!

my X has already changed the day i see my child wth ony 2hours notice...
i have seen him twice in two weeks for a total of two hours

i take it you dont know the new law ..!!...if you are married or not fathers have same rights as mothers so you are wrong ok...so please dont tell me that i am wrong ok ...i am 100% right ok...get out of the stone age ...life is not the same in todays..mother and fathers have 50 50 rights...if they are married or not...little miss xxx.....
