Lights out warning

I know that when on my Peugeot 206 (2001) the turn signal lights will blink rapidly if one of them is out, but what happens when a reverse light or stop light goes out, is there any warning, I can't see on the dash anything that may relate to it.

No warning the bulb just goes. Thats why its important to check lights and tyres regularly as many faults don't give a warning.

some mercedes on board computers tell you when a bulb is out but not on your general run of the mill cars sadly!!
