Have you ever lost something special to you, (a possession not a person) either via a burglary or just a misplacement of it, something you feel you could never replace or is there one thing you wish you still had from your childhood that you remember but havent seen since you were a child?
no im not but i know there will be no ghosts in croydon cemetery knowing you are around :), have fun being your usual repetitive dulls self to the wee small hours i have my beauty sleep to get, and plenty of och aye the noos and talking about trains stopping in carlisle its been 5 Min's since i read that :)
whiffey, bob is one of the brightest stars in my sky I'll have you know! And he is superintelligent and very wise beyond his years. My post was tongue in cheek you know, Julie is actually quite fabby (to coin a phrase) at spelling.
thank you hellie, thats what has ****** me off, im normally good, i make one mistake and get pounced on! shame you have nothing better to think about whiffey!
Oh well, that's me out of the running for stars for good, but since tonight is my last night on here, it doesn't matter.
Shame, you all knew me so well, as well as you know bob, or indeed most people on here. I enjoy my graveyard visits with Agatha Christie and James Austen. In fact I am a completely dull person without a spark of interest as everybody has spotted.
The Gents WC at Dunnottar Castle is right on the edge of the cliff - one imagines that in days of yore the men just shat into the sea. The ladies on the other hand had a bucket further inland.
Which begs the question whiffey, what would you have done if you had been around back then? Dangled that gargantuan bum over the edge or perched delicately over the bucket? Hmmm...
It's all in the colour brochure which a friend kindly sent me.
On an aerial photograph, 1 is the Quadrangle, 2 is the Silver Hoose, 3 is the West Range, etc etc until you reach 8 is the Gents WC on the edge of the cliff and 9 is the Ladies WC, a bucket well inland.
