does anyone know how to make a mohito, i dont know if i spelt that rite.

Presumably the name is Spanish therefore pronounced (approximately) "mohito".
It's spelled MOJITO, but as you know the J in spanish is pronounced H.
It's Cuban, made with white rum and fresh mint leaves mashed up.
The trick is mashing them enough to bruise them and let the scent and oils out,
but not pulverizing them so you are drinking unfiltered leaf bits.
You can prepare mint extraction first and then garnish with a sprig for looks.
It is VERY STRONG - there's nothing much to dilute the rum.
