Bullied at work

I'm currently working for a large firm we work in teams the team i work with some times organise lunches, evenings out, shopping at lunch time etc. i work only part of the week, but have to regulary listen to them organising and asking 95% of the team or finalising details over my head, but never ask me. I have mentioned this to the manager and other members of staff but all i get is 'i didn't organise it' i have myself organised things and i invited everyone last year to my wedding, some did turn up, i have never fallen out with them i work well, i'm friends with plenty of people at work

They do it to some others at work too, does anyone have any ideas how to deal with this?

Surely you don't want to spend leisure time with people like this? Ignore. Let them show themselves for what they are, nothing! xxx

Why is this bullying truffles? Especially if you are friends with many of them. Are they pointedly making sure you are close enough to hear them make plans so as to make sure you know you're not invited? Are you integrating yourself with the rest of the team even though you only work part time? Is there ANY reason you can think of as to why they are not involving you?

i did have a problem last year when in a meeting i was blamed for not pulling my weight and doing only easy tasks ( i had solid proof this was not true and i actually did more work in my contracted hours than most the others and more complicated) and i was the least experianced at the time. The accusations were later retracted and i was apologsed to.

I'm friends with some of the individuals, who are normally thoughtful people, but seems like when some get together in a group it's clicky. i don't know if to ignore them or to maybe tackle them?

I'm very friendly, outgoing, i do nothing wrong to any of them. it's not just me this has effected,

if you think this is bullying and a big deal i am not surprised you are not being invited,

i wouldnt include a part timer with attitude,

we cant all get on with everybody in life, you say youve got friends at work, associate with them....

why do you want to socialise with people who dislike you?
