my employer sacked me

i was working in a company as a driver when i started the employment after 4 weeks i got pain in the back and i was sick for 3 weeks. when i went back to work my employer sacked me because he thinks i will be sick again. i also did not get any sick pay from my employer.

If you had worked a minimum of 4 weeks continuously your employer was required to give you one week's notice in writing of his intention to dismiss you.
If he failed to do this on your return from being sick, you could write to him, state this and try and extract one week's money in lieu of notice.
You employer is not obliged to pay you whilst you were sick however if you followed the correct procedure of informing him when you went sick and you provided a sick note when appropriate (usually after 5 working days self-certification) then you were entitled to statutory sick pay, which is about �15 per day. Again, write this into your letter - that you consider you were entitled to statutory sick pay.
Your employment was legally obliged to give you written statement of employment within 2 months of you joining. Contrary to what one of the above Answer says, your employer was not obliged to do anything within the timeframe you were there. However this written statement would have had to tell you about your entitlement to company sick pay - if there was any. Apart from the statutory sick pay - which he cannot deny you - you are not likely to get more now.
That, my friend, is all you are legally entitled to.
