KM Links Game - March week 3 Results

After the usual flurry of points scoring at the commencement of play, where Lemon Balm and Dawn Raid proved very popular, things became surprising quiet, and it wasn't till 11.11 when Fruit Cake made an appearance while Coal Port was a no-show at all and the two points went begging.

So - who got what - well ulysses100 came in first with Dawn Raid along with london_lassy, then seekeerz & joto both collected bonus points for Lemon Balm, while Aquagility, sarumite & lysander all collected four points each for having both - gosh, I hope that makes sense.

Then kettledrum came along with Fruit Cake for another two points and as mentioned before, Coal Port had no takers.

When it came to the 'good guess' department, multiples were a bit thin riscagirl, cpfcrosiel & chriss all managed two points each while a further 26 entries added a point to their respective scores.

Ok, I'm going to wander off for a while and tally up the results while cooling down again in my ice-box, but I will return a little later with the all important Leader Board S

I've completely lost the knack of this on both MM and KM. What happened to the freefall club - I must have qualified for membership over the last few weeks.

Well done to all the scorers, especially top of the board, Lysander and a big thank you to Steff for nobly foresaking the icebox to run the game.

The Freefall Ckub is still open and new members are welcome. Note that the Ont-ices are now president and vice-president as Sarumite is winning too many points on MM and KM and is therefore banned until further notice.

We keep wondering what the secret is to getting correct answers.

Thanks for scoring Steff, and thanks too to the early riser Sarumite, without whom this little game would not be possible. I appear to be on a roll at the moment ... 2 words ( and 4 points & Hot Shot of the Week on the MM game) and now another word ( & 2 points) here. I'm not used to this level of success !
