the fat metabolisers are from holland and barratt and for 56 (4 week plan) you are talking a fiver (normally always on special offer). if you are looking to exercise from home, instead of a workout dvd, get yourself a fitness ball and some little hand weights (or big tins of beans). you can pretty much tone your WHOLE body using this and then neighbours/boyf will not think you are crazy having a little dance in front of the tv. you need to think slim. when i was once really fat (i am 5ft 10 and at my fattest weighed over 15st) i stuck photos of gisele everywhere, on my fridge, in my diary, in my wallet and i could picture my face on her body and within 3 months i had dropped 5 st no joke, just from following the weight watchers points system. THEN i started to exercise to tone what was left.
