Since I am Married, Heterosexual, White, Aged, English, Male and Law-abiding.
I have long come to the conclusion that I am at the bottom of the pecking order in my own country.

Surely if they would rather be sitting at home watching countdown, Gromit.
Why would they be presenting themselves before an employer who is looking to employ some older people?
And let's face it when you are making enquiries about a item that you may want to purchase. Who would you rather deal with an older person who knows what he or she is selling, or some young person who couldn't care less whether you buy it or not?
I don't want to cry down all the young, but I am afraid most of them (not all) show very little interest, and are only looking forward to the weekend to go clubbing.

There's no such thing as positive discrimination. There's just discrimination, and it's always negative.
The question is do two wrongs make a right, and in this case there is an argument to say they do, but personally I think not. Surely there's got to be a better way of tackling racism against black people than simply redirecting the racism towards white people.
