Hi all
I've got an interview this pm and I'm calm at the mo, but I know that by 4pm I'll be panicking - any advice?

make sure and wear a pamper to the
interview. at least you will be protected
when you pee yourself from all the nervousness.
Useful, K.

betty, poor you! I know just how you feel. Visualising the outcome you want from the interview always works in keeping me focused and settles my butterflies a bit! Also deep and slow breathing, somewhere quiet.

Lots and lots of luck for later x

pa___ul's advice is really good! It is so easy to really get yourself in a flap thinking, "Am I blushing?" "Am I stuttering?"
So just don't! :) You will rock, betty. x
How did you get on? Hope all went well!

Hello!
Sorry, not been online since Monday. Interview went ok I suppose, answered all the questions fully, but they were late for the interview, raced through my CV and sat through rest of interview with their arms crossed so I got the feeling they weren't interested/receptive, but perhaps they had just had a long day!?
I'll know by Thursday, but I won't hold my breath...
Thanks for asking though
:)
