Easter hols

I get the day off tomorrow, so am off oop North with the Mrs and the little cherubs for the weekend to see the folks. Have to put up with Pops spouting his wisdom in church on Sunday and mum tut tutting about the fact that after 14 years I still ain't married my girl. But should be good. The kids will get to do a great Easter egg hunt that grandad sets up all round the house and the churchyard, so I get to stay in bed on Sunday!

What you folks doing in the first sensible holiday since Xmas?

Got to work tomorrow. But if the weather's good I am going out with a mate on his boat. other than that, just reading and gardning.

Well to be truthful it means nothtng to me and never has meant nothing to them (my kids) -i'm of the old school -let them make their own minds up.

So really its a waste of 2 additional days that me and H could have used elsehere TBH -but we have to fit in with 'everyone' else.
