not allowed to.

The work i do is a hard dirty job and because of that we need a fairly fit person who can drive but other than stipulate a driving license required we cant ask for a fit person over 25?

stupid if you ask me.... i have had a couple of calls from people who i have had to tell them about the 25 year old rule (them being younger) so its wasting their time and mine??
agree with ya rb, some jobs are for the younger generation , some are for the older generation, seems you cant be specific about who you actually need to do the job required these days, bit like eveything else, watch what ya say cause you might just offend someone!
