I want to buy a petrol station/gas attendant shirt - you know the tailored ones (usually in pale blue) with a sewn on patch with a name on (usually 'Chuck' or 'Hank' or such like). Anyone know where I can buy one online or in the North West?

Cheers!

Get a job at a petrol station! They give them free to employees!

Hahahahahahahaha! Yeah, can just picture it now - black and red with a Texaco badge! Or maybe orange and beige with 'Sainsbury's'. Not quite the 1950s Americana look I was going for...
there's a shop in glasgow called Flipp, they do all that kinda retro american stuff. Try them www.flipstores.com.

Cheers Bananie, will check it out.
I've got a few off these. Your best bet is vintage clothing shops such as Flip as suggested or ebay (usually under works shirts, vintage shirts or the like). You can also but just the name badges and but a dickes work shirt and make your own.
