What's the difference between Harold Shipman and Tony Blair?
Shipman actually did something about NHS waiting lists!

Hi gelda,
Very true. LOL
How are you feeling these days.
Any word from the hospital yet to get your radiotherapy?
Hope you are bearing up. xxx

Hi Cruella. Thanks for asking. I haven't been feeling all that good the last few days but I suppose I've got to put up with it! I've got to have a scan done on my lungs on Tuesday to see how bad the cancer is and then the following Monday I see the oncologist. I try to get a good walk early evening every day but I.m getting very out of breath so can't walk so far, it really annoys me because I've always enjoyed my country walks ( even in this weather) Anyway enough about me, when do you get your results? I hope very much it will be good news you've got enough to cope with with your hubby's problems as well. Keep me posted. Gelda. xx
Hi Gelda,
Sorry to hear you are not feeling good at the moment. That has to be a bummer.
It is a shame when the simple things that we love to do, like walks etc, are out of the question.
I am also sorry you missed the first post I was on last weekend.
I go to the hospital on Tuesday for the biopsy results. Still quite sore after the op, just hoping I have not caught some sort of infection.
I will have my fingers and toes crossed for you gelda.
You are very brave and have such a positive outlook, you will beat this thing I am sure.
Please post and let me know how you get on.
I often think about you.
Hubby not too well today. Had to come home from work. Just waiting for him to go into hospital soon. Oh Joy!
Anyway, chin up lass.
Will look forward to hearing from you. xxx

Thanks Cruella, I'll be thinking about you on Tuesday. Will post on Tues night to see how we both got on. Gelda xx
gelda,
Just heard this morning that hubby has his operation for his cancer 18th April.
I am seriously thinking on trying to buy an en-suite within the hospital LOL Save us both a lot of time and money.
Take care, hear from you Tuesday.
Just to say good luck to you both and best wishes.

(Loved the joke by the way!)

Sounds like a good idea Cruella, is the hospital far from where you live? mine's quite local about 3 miles away. Give your hubby my best wishes.
Thanks China.
