What childrens tv series had I've got a handful of songs to sing you as its title song?

Hi Jenni...pretty sure the programme was called "A Handful of Songs". I think there were two presenters, a man and a woman and one of them might have been kid's tv legend, Christopher Lillicrap!

Christopher Lillicrap (poor bloke) did the Playboard Puppet Fair with Mole and something else. I'd have changed my name by deed poll, nothings worth that!!

it's not "Rainbow catcher or Song catcher" you're looking for  the woman wanders about picking up sounds to make up songs from different instruments and at the end the whole piece of music or song is pklayed

it was called a handful of songs.it was presented by a woman called cathy i think.she was the singer and was joined by a bloke on guitar who may have been ralph mctell
