Gimp query
2 Answers
Following the excellent advice from ActheTROLL I downloaded Gimp for image manipulation but it seems that no matter how I try whenever I use the 'intelligent sciccors' to capture an element of a picture I cannot work out how to paste this to another picture? I've tried the online manual but its pretty short and sweet when it comes to using this tool. Any help greatly appreciated. TIA.

A tip with GIMP,
Most people notice GIMP has separate window for the main program and each opened image resulting in the task bar filling up with the image windows. It is one oof the most common complaints with the program.
GIMP really benefits from running with a free utility called TrayIT. It allows you to minimise and resore the whole GIMP group togetther from right clicking a tray icon.
TrayIT is undoubtedly and absolutely the best utility available for intelligent window management. Yet it is totally free.
