recalling email

Hi everyone, sent an email off btinternet NOT outlook and need to know how to recall it urgently, thankyou

I wouldn't have thought that was possible.

in outlook its recall in the Actions menu - I'm not familiar with btinternet but have a look and see if there is an 'actions' or 'options' menu and try looking in there.

Even if you do manage to recall it the recipient will still get a message saying you sent something but recalled it!
