Lady Runners
2 Answers
This is a bit of a personal question, are there any lady runners out there who can help me. I've recently started training for next year's London Marathon and it appears I get a bit incontinent whilst running, even if my bladder is empty. Is this normal?

She was saying that this usually happens to people when they run long distances. Apparently to do with the fact that your body is doing so much work (running) and can't really also control all your other functions so well. Basically its normal (according to Paula)- don't worry!
