The Perfect Picnic.

Let me jump forward a few months.

What would be the perfect picnic tucker, assuming one has all the necessary fundamentals of a wicker basket, cooler and tartan blanket ??

I would love a picnic with the most important bit being ( if - a deux ) crystal champers flutes, my tipple of choice would be a 1996 belle epoque Perrier Jouet. Some charcoal crackers a few lovely light cheese bits - a nice mozzarella ( buffalo ) and tomato salad ( you will be making a fuss of 'me' by adding, with a flourish, the hint of balsamic vinegar and flavoured olive oil won't you ?) Strawberries to finish. Yummy.
