I have found that some corn beers that can be brewed without the addition of yeast and some available in the US.
I have been told that double-filtered beers such as Cobra may be one option.

What delboy said. Filtering only removes the sediment layer of yeast found at the bottom of the bottle/barrell (this is purely for cosmetic reasons to give the beer a 'bright' appearance). There will still be yeast held in suspension. As Delboy will no doubt tell you, yeast it the largest contributary factor to the various flavours of beer.
The answer to your problem may be Sapporo, Japanese beer, if you can find some. They filter all the yeast out.
