Oldish beer /lager advert

Advert where a father and son are out for a last walk the night before the son gets married, then the father turns to the son and says something like race you yo the top of that hill they get there and embrace , all very emotional !!, but what was the music ?? please its been driving me mad for ages.

Sorry don't know the music but think they go into the pub and the father says, 2 Kronenbergs Jack, to the barman. So you could try asking Kronenberg. Must be about 15 years ago?
