or are the records available not this detailed

Put in a Freedom of Information request to the T&W police.

They may not have the information in a form that allows them to break it out for you in under 18 hours, in which case they can refuse outright, or ask you to pay for the time required, but if they do hold it, they must supply it within 20 working days.

They will not supply personal information about third parties, so asking for statistical data is your best bet.
